TYRE CONDITIONS

Wear

2014-04-16

A Central Wear

Central wear is very fast, and tyre shoulders get thinner.

Reason: Ground-holding pressures become high due to the high pressure.

B shoulder wear

Both sides of the tyre shoulder wear faster, leaving the middle part.

Reason: 1.road-holding of two sides tyre shoulders become high, due to the insufficient pressure, overload.

2. Caused by high-speed U-turn

C Unilateral wear

Inordinate wear occurs on one side of the tyre tread.

The reason: 1. positioning error (inappropriate camber)

2. Unreasonable tyre exchange position

D Plumatus wear

Plumatus wear occurs on tread pattern bump pattern and at the edge of stripe pattern.

Reason: wrong position (insufficient toe-in)

E Annular groove wear

Usually it occurs to lateral grooves tyre and block -type pattern tyre, wear faster on one side of the tread. Transverse groove type tyre show serration.

Reasons:1. insufficient air pressure, overlarge load

2. Unreasonable tyre exchange position

F local wear

Faster inordinate wear on one or several of parts of the tyre

Reason: 1.brake lock

2. Unilateral effect of brake
